Our client is a well-known player in the construction sector in Flemish Brabant. They have their own carpentry shop and focus on turnkey projects. Annually, they complete about 42 projects in various architectural styles. Quality over quantity is a value they uphold with their 50 employees and regular subcontractors. They offer a comprehensive concept to their clients, from general home construction to custom work in doors and stairs.

Job Description
Our client from the Diest region is looking for new employees to supplement existing teams and start new ones. For the carpenter vacancy, you will perform the following tasks:

• Be present every day between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM.
• Load materials into the van with a colleague.
• Depart for the worksite together.
• Start at the worksite at 7:30 AM, finish at 4:30 PM.
• Mainly work on new construction sites, occasionally renovation projects.
• Install interior doors and wooden stairs.
• Dismantle old elements during renovations.
• Install laminate, skirting boards, and handrails.
• Measure and adjust as needed.
• Take care of work tools.
• Occasionally assist in the workshop.

Job Requirements
Who are you?

• You can independently get to the warehouse in Diest every morning.
• You have experience in woodworking or carpentry.
• You are willing to work overtime if needed.
• You enjoy working with wood.
• You adapt to different worksites and distances.
• You like learning new things and have an eye for detail.
