Job Summary:
I'm seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement) Technical Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CE to enhance our customer engagement capabilities.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Dynamics CE platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CE environment to address business requirements, focusing on the banking sector.
- Lead or participate in the implementation of Dynamics CE projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and administrators.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Dynamics CE implementations.
Skills:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics CE solutions.
- Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CE.
- knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
