Job Description - Change Lead

Join Us as a Change Lead for the New CTS Service Platform!




Our Customer Centers currently operate with a multitude of applications to log various processes. We are launching an initiative to consolidate all these steps into a single application using Microsoft Dynamics. This will involve further development and implementation of both Customer Service and Field Service modules across all Customer Centers. For this exciting program, we are looking for a Change Lead. In close collaboration with the project team, our integrating partner and internal teams, you will ensure the change management, training and communication aspects of the development and implementation of the CTS Service platform. 




The role will be divided into three main phases




1.    Stakeholder Analysis and Impact Assessment

       -    Identify change network and ambassadors

       -    Investigate how the application will be used, what workflows are involved, how people will be impacted

       -    Clear roles and responsibilities into the change management stream




2.    Communication and Training preparation

       -    Develop communication strategies and materials

       -    Prepare training programs that will facilitate the adoption of the new system




3.    Roll-out

       -    Collaborate closely with integrating partner during the pilot phase, where they will provide guidance and support

       -    Together with the project team, manage the independent roll-outs across other Customer Centers  




Responsibilities include:




1.    Communication

      -    Coordinate all communications around the program

      -    Align with the communication team to determine the timing and content of updates

      -    Lead the communication efforts to inform each Customer Center about what to expect during the transition

      -    Dispatch the initial communications, including the roll-out schedule and the team members who will assist




2.    Training

      -    Identify training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions 

      -    Inform the Customer Centers about the training tools that will be provided




3.    Guide Change Network

      -    Identify roles and responsibilities across teams 




You will be become a part of the CTS Service Platform project team and report to the Program Manager. 


 




To succeed you need




      -    Experience in Change Management; proven experience in managing large scale change initiatives,

           particularly those involving new systems and processes.

      -    Familiarity with Field Service or Customer Service Systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics. 

      -    Strong Project Management skills including coordinating multiple stakeholders and teams. 

      -    Willingness to travel; regular travel to different Customer Centers will be required. 

      -    Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and lead change
