In oktober 2025, the hotel will extend with 49 rooms. For this reason, we are looking for a motivated chef de partie to join the team. 

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you support the kitchen brigade in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes within your assigned section. Working closely with the Chef de Partie (and kitchen team), you help ensure that every plate meets our quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes according to the chef’s standards

• Assist with mise en place before service

• Ensure hygiene and food safety compliance (HACCP)

• Contribute to a smooth and efficient service

• Support fellow team members during busy periods

• Keep your workstation and equipment clean and organized
