JOB DESCRIPTION
With Phibro’s recent purchase of Zoetis’ MFA product line, and in addition to several new Phibro MFA and NFA poultry product launches planned for coming year – Phibro is in the process of greatly expanding its commercial teams in Western Europe. The Commercial Director, Poultry & Swine Sales Western Europe will lead be responsible for leading the build-out and development of Phibro’s poultry and swine business in Western Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to immediately implement strategies for maintaining existing product market-share
- Strategic planning through execution of strategies that will expand current product opportunities.
- Product launch planning and execution for new Phibro products and rebranding of Zoetis MFA product line
- Driving the recruitment and on-boarding of an excellent poultry and swine team with strong KAM skills located in relevant geographies to support current sales and create new opportunities. .
- Developing an integrated marketing support, best-in-class technical service aligned with sales activities.
- Target customer groups: big poultry integrators, buying groups, large vet practices, feed companies, influencers, nutritionists.
- Ensure alignment with global business teams.
- Managing budgets and financial performance.
EDUCATION
Ideally have a Minimum Bachelor degree in Animal Health/Nutrition/Science/Business/Sales or other related field.
EXPERIENCE
• At least 7 years of experience in a commercial role in animal health/nutrition within Western Europe.
• At least 3 years of experience as commercial sales manager in poultry or country manager with a well-established record of business and sales growth.
• Previous experience of establishing sales in new territories, ideally in Europe.
• Previous experience in KAM (Key Account Management).
• Experience building out sales teams in multiple countries throughout Europe.
