Role Overview
We're looking for a GTM Manager to help us bring new products to market, sharpen our commercial strategy, and enable our sales teams to win. This is a cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of product, sales, and partnerships.
Core Responsibilities
1. Go-to-Market
Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches across all channels: enterprise, self-serve, direct, and resellers.
Define target segments, positioning, and launch playbooks in collaboration with Product and Marketing.
Build and manage joint GTM motions with local & international payment schemes and alternative payment methods (“APMs”)
2. Commercial Strategy & Execution
Develop and iterate on revenue models and pricing frameworks for new and existing products.
Identify commercial opportunities across channels and recommend how to prioritize them.
Track GTM performance and feed insights back into strategy.
3. Cross-Functional Commercial Coordination
Coordinate execution across Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance.
Ensure clarity of ownership, timelines, and accountability.
Align technical feasibility with commercial objectives.
Maintain structured documentation for commercial initiatives.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Strategy, GTM or commercial partnerships, ideally within the technology sector
Understanding of the Payments and Fintech sector will be considered a plus
Experience in commercial product rollout and market expansion initiatives
Strong commercial judgment and negotiation capability
Ability to operate independently
Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear commercial narratives
Ability to travel (EU) as needed to support product launches, partner engagements, and cross-functional initiatives
High ownership mindset with strong execution discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French
