Commercial support staff

Are you passionate about natural stone, composite, and ceramics? Do you have a talent for customer service and excellent communication skills? Then Brachot is looking for you!

You have your own client portfolio that you proactively approach in line with new products and promotions;

You ensure a correct handling and follow-up of the sales process;

You are the first point of contact for the field sales team and assist them in taking orders and preparing invoices;

During busier periods, you welcome customers in the showroom and provide information about the products;

You analyze the needs of the customer and provide a match with the right product.

Profile:

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent through sales experience;

Knowledge of natural stone or affinity with natural stone is a plus;

You speak and write fluently in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English or German is a plus;

Knowledge of Navision is advantageous;

You are assertive and communicative and are a true goal-getter. Achieving results is a must for you;

You are service-oriented. Additionally, you can work in an orderly and structured manner;

You highly value a hands-on mentality, driven by objectives and results.
