Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Communications & Media Coordinator with a hands-on approach and a passion for cycling. In this role, you will drive the planning and execution of our communication and media strategy, ensuring that Classified’s brand, its products and sports stories resonate with target audiences through the right channels.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead external communications, such as newsletters, website content, stories, and social media management (in
multiple languages)
· Keep our website up to date (FAQ, rider support portal, etc)
· Write, edit, and proofread copy
· Identify great stories opportunities coming from our partner and/or athletes
· Coordinate media relations, PR activities, and podcast productions
· Manage internal communications, including newsletters, employee engagement initiatives, and internal branding efforts
· Prepare manuals in multiple languages (NL, EN, IT, FR, GER), based on technical input given by our team and in line with our existing manuals
Key messages.
Effectively communicate key messages across all channels, focusing on:
1. Product
· Highlighting Classified’s technology and its benefits for ride experience and performance
· Showcasing USP (Unique Selling Points) and our expansion of the product portfolio
2. Sports marketing
· Promoting adoption at the highest level by World Tour Teams such as INEOS Grenadiers
· Featuring high-profile events such as the Giro and Tour de France
· Pioneering the Gravel scene with the world’s first professional gravel racing team: Classified Factory Racing Team
3. Community / brand / partnership
· Building trust and reliability through authentic storytelling
· Activating partnership and sharing testimonials from riders, dealers, OEM’s etc.
· Amplifying media reviews to establish credibility
4. Support / service (educational content / service network support)
