Job Description - Community Manager

WeWeb is a no-code web-application builder. It offers a powerful drag-and-drop editor to build user interfaces visually and can be configured with any back-end. The product allows an extraordinary acceleration of front-end developments.

The company surfs the fast growth of the API economy and the low-code / no-code market. Today, we are working with thousands of customers including but not limited to web agencies, indie hackers, IT teams and global brands such as PwC, Decathlon, Cisco, or L’Oréal.

Are you looking for an exciting community building experience that goes beyond social media marketing? This is a great position for an ambitious candidate ready to play a key role in the scale of a world-leading no-code software.

Mode details about the role:

The job is about taking WeWeb’s community-led growth strategy to the next level by growing brand awareness through engaging content online and IRL. To achieve this, we have identified three marketing channels in which you will exercise your talent:

1. Social Media

  • Own WeWeb’s brand image on social media by designing and distributing social media posts that promote the capabilities of the platform, and user success stories.
  • Grow WeWeb’s reach on LinkedIn, Twitter / X and other relevant social media channels through engaging content.
  • You will ensure consistency in the product storytelling & brand positioning across all channels.
  • Contribute to WeWeb’s reach on YouTube by sharing optimization recommendations with the PMM.
  • Consolidate learnings & feedback from the different social media channels, share it with the whole team and influence the product roadmap.

2. Third-Party Communities

  • Build partnerships with no-code and developer communities that might be interested in sharing WeWeb-related content.
  • Contribute to WeWeb’s positive reputation in third-party communities (e.g. nocode subreddit, NoCodeDevs, NoCode Ops, etc.) by monitoring conversations, sharing helpful content such as product updates, and making recommendations to the DevRels and Technical Writers on the team.
  • Consolidate learnings & feedback from the different community channels, share it with the whole team and influence the product roadmap.

3. Events & SWAG

  • You will ensure that the bond between the WeWeb team and the WeWeb community remains strong through the organization of community events both online (e.g. hackathons) and offline (e.g. meetups).
  • You will contribute to growing WeWeb’s reputation as a user-friendly frontend builder for professionals by organizing speaking-engagement and interviews for the WeWeb team on no-code and developer media and at conferences.
  • Design, order, and distribute WeWeb swag to the community.

️About the organization:

  • You will directly report to our Head of Marketing.
  • Your job will be transversal as you will work closely with the product and the marketing team on a daily basis.
  • WeWeb is a fully distributed company with people in the USA, in France, Belgium, and Croatia. We meet online on Gather every day and do team off-sites twice a year.
