As a Community Manager, you will be a game-charger for the client by influencing their online presence forging a robust and positive digital brand community, all while targeting a continuous growth of audience.

By implementing growth strategies and skillfully handling feedback, you will contribute to the client’s long-term success and will tap into new global opportunities.

The ideal candidate will foster positivity and moderate discussions, ensuring a productive and welcoming environment for all parties which is crucial to maintain harmony and boost the team’s collaboration.

• Actively engage with online communities, forums, and social media platforms;
• Promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries while maintaining a friendly tone;
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive online community environment by moderating discussions and resolving conflicts;
• Create and share engaging content in alignment with the brand's voice;
• Implement strategies to grow the online community and boost engagement;
• Skillfully handle negative feedback and conflicts, aiming for positive resolutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field;
• Minimum of 2 years experience;
• Virtual Assistant experience is a plus;
• Proficiency in various softwares such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Moz, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite or other similar tools;
• Ability to handle negative feedback and conflicts with professionalism;
• Basic data analysis skills for tracking and reporting on community engagement.

• High-speed and reliable internet with a minimum of 50mbps
• CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i5/ i7 or AMD equivalent is highly required
• Internet and electrical back-up in case of power outage
• With dedicated and professional-looking home office set-up
