ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for a Configuration Support Specialist to empower Stakeholders through Technical Expertise and Training for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels.

Role & Responsibilities

• Configuring Reusable Solution Platforms (RSPs) by leveraging established solutions and integrating them into the ECMP environment.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for stakeholders utilizing ECMP.
• Creating learning paths and educational materials; organizing and facilitating demonstrations and training sessions for stakeholders.
• Providing ongoing support to stakeholders in their use of ECMP, and redirecting inquiries to specialized RSP teams as appropriate.

Your Profile

• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and a strong interest in technical platforms and their operation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both business and technical colleagues.
• Proven aptitude for creating clear documentation and delivering engaging training sessions.

Technical Skills

• A solid technical understanding is required, especially regarding configuration tasks (note: this is not a development role).
• Familiarity with JSON and GIT, as well as the use of DevSecOps tools for deployment and troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities to address and resolve technical issues.
