Now, we are looking for a Construction Manager in our office in Antwerpen. What is the role About?  Your responsibilities include:

Overseeingand directing construction projects during the execution phase

Reviewingthe project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

Reviewingthe planning of all different contractors and manage full adapted site-planning

Overseeingall onsite and offsite project works, monitoring compliance with building andsafety regulations

Coordinatingand directing construction workers and (sub)contractors

Keeptrack of work progress on a daily basis

Ensuringsafe working conditions on site

Preparinginternal and external reports pertaining to job status

Anticipatingpotential issues and resolving any emerging ones

Managingpermits and licenses

Analyzing,managing and mitigate risks

​Ensureconstruction quality standards, and the use of appropriate constructiontechniques
