Content Moderator with Dutch/Flemish and English - Paid relocation to Sofia

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a dynamic Content Moderator fluent in Dutch/Flemish and English to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria! Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and assess user-generated content in Dutch/Flemish and English to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Classify and evaluate content based on established moderation policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the appropriate teams.
• Provide insights on content trends and user behavior to enhance moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve content moderation processes continuously.
• Stay informed about company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Dutch/Flemish and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying moderation decisions.
• Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and with care.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
