A dynamic, growing company active in the energy sector is looking for a Corporate Business Controller to join its Brussels offices.In this role, you will contribute to the company's growth by supporting its Business Units. You will report to the Head of FP&A.

Your main responsibilities as a Corporate Business Controller will be:

• Assist the finance team and the CFO in managing the business's operating results and cross-functional issues (investments, divestments, financing, cash flow, etc.)
• Carry out monthly and quarterly analyses of performance (P&L and cash flow) compared with the budget and the previous year
• Drawing up forecasts
• Collect, evaluate, and review in detail information from the financial divisions of each business unit
• Oversee the controlling cycle for certain central functions
• Engage in process optimization by sharing and acquiring best practices, documenting procedures, methodologies, and definitions
• Fulfill various ad hoc or routine requests from the Group and/or Management
• You have a master's degree in economics or finance
• You have 5 to 10 years' experience in a financial or control function in an international environment. Experience in the services sector and in a Big 4 company is a plus
• You have the ability to communicate effectively and challenge management-level decisions within the organization
• You have the ability to conduct analyses, perform evaluations, and provide relevant financial opinions
• You are fluent in Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of the other national language as well as a good knowledge of English
