Courier HR Ops specialist

The role

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees from A to Z;
• Providing information about payments, onboarding or offboarding, sickness and work schedules, among others;
• Administration around sickness and absence;
• Execution of administrative tasks such as creation of contracts, contract change documents, employee data management and other HR documents;
• Initiating equipment shipments for new employees and collection of equipment from leaving employees;
• Processing employee data and managing various HR documents;
• Provide guidance and support employees on performance management, employee development & performance management;
• Participate in the HR communication, policy updates, employee newsletters to develop and maintain the engagement.

Your profile

• 2+ years experience in a high volume support function;
• An understanding of HR or experience in an HR-related position is a plus;
• Fluency in English, French and Dutch;
• Affinity working with different online systems, including Google Sheets;
• Knowledge of formulas and automated report;
• Strong relationship-building skills and a supportive approach towards all stakeholders;
• Familiar with high volume tasks and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
