Creative Content Marketeer

We’re currently looking for a Creative Content Marketer to join our team in Ghent to work on one of our fastest-growing skincare brands: Remescar. As a leader in Instant Corrective Skincare & Beauty, Remescar is scaling across European markets - and your creative content will be at the heart of that journey.

What you’ll be doing

• Drive content marketing campaigns for Remescar’s digital growth across Europe
• Develop and lead compelling creative concepts from idea to delivery
• Identify fresh ideas for content and campaigns, with a strong focus on SEO and Google Analytics
• Write creative briefs and coordinate execution across content and design teams
• Regularly deliver engaging video and written content, and inspire creative collaboration
• Ensure strong brand presence across multiple digital channels
• Create 360° digital campaigns—including social media, blog posts, landing pages, email marketing, and more
• Work cross-functionally to ensure high-quality, market-ready content for multiple regions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Native level Dutch (or Flemish) speaker with excellent English writing and communication skills
• 4-5 years of experience in digital content marketing, ideally in an agency setting
• Proven ability to bring creative ideas to life across visual, video, email, SEO copy, and social content
• Solid grasp of eCommerce performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CR, and CTR
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest
• Experience in delivering assets to multiple markets and working cross-functionally
• A genuine passion for skincare and cosmetics
