Custom Manufacturing Coördinator

Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a Custom Manufacturing Coordinator. You main drivers will be: 

• Technically Inspire & Empower Teams: Guide, enable and learn teams to unlock and maximize the custom manufacturing capabilities.

• Spot & Capture Opportunities: define and implement smart and innovative ways to seize development and manufacturing opportunities.

• Maintain Scale & Quality: keep a close eye on the portfolio, ensuring we scale efficiently without ever compromising on our high quality standards.

• Drive Target Success: use your expertise and motivational skills to drive to higher targets.

Your profile

• Technical Expertise: you have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering, materials, production/process capabilities and technical machine and part manufacturing.

• A True People Person: you excel at relationship building, coaching, mentoring and collaboration. Your organizational and communication skills are second to none.

• Data-Driven & Business-Minded: you see the bigger picture. You have the analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights and guide smart decision-making.

• Education & Experience: you hold a bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent value through solid, relevant experience over the past few years.

• Language Skills: you are fluent in both English and Dutch.
