Job Description - Customer advisor 2nd level support

More than 30 years of experience make Redline Data a competent, responsible and future-proof partner. As an IT provider, we develop and support comprehensive solutions for psychosomatic and rehabilitation clinics, counseling centers and outpatient services. As consultants, we support our customers in optimizing internal work processes. We also provide a needs-based, flexible and secure IT environment with our data center.

Customer advisor 2nd level support

We are looking to fill the above-mentioned full-time position (part-time is possible) for our customer support team as soon as possible. Whether from the home office or at our Ahrensbök location, thanks to our good network, team-oriented work is possible at any location.

Your area of responsibility:

  • You will support our customers with questions relating to the use of our PATFAK applications.
  • You will be responsible for troubleshooting and process handling in the 2nd level area (e.g. software operation, installations and configuration).
  • You will process and document customer inquiries and solutions in our ticket system.
  • You support our customers remotely.

What you should bring with you:

  • You have several years of professional experience in the IT sector, comparable activities in IT support or are already familiar with PATFAK.
  • You have a confident manner and customer-oriented communication skills
  • You are service-oriented and enjoy telephone contact with customers.
  • With your analytical skills, you can solve problems effectively.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German.
  • Independent and solution-oriented work as well as trusting and team-oriented cooperation round off your profile.
