As a Customer Experience Specialist in Cardiometabolic within our General Medicines EP Growth BELUX team, you'll drive customer excellence in the cardiovascular and diabetes space. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists in hospitals and with general practitioners across your territory.
  • Present our cardiovascular and diabetes products in a clear, tailored way that meets each customer's needs
  • Develop and execute customer plans that drive growth and deliver value for patients
  • Collaborate with marketing, medical, and customer engagement teams to achieve shared goals
  • Identify opportunities for innovative partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions
  • Ensure all activities comply with ethical standards and regulations
  • Track your results and adapt your approach to meet sales objectives

About you:

  • Experience: Background in sales within hospital environments; knowledge of the cardiovascular or diabetes market is a plus
  • Soft skills: Strong relationship builder, confident communicator, able to influence and engage healthcare professionals; team player with a can-do attitude
  • Technical skills: Comfortable using digital and AI tools; skilled in project management and strategic planning
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare or life sciences
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Flemish; French is a plus
