The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our Onboarding team. As an Customer Onboarding Manager, you will play a crucial role in the first value we bring to our customers, translating their needs into Rydoo and creating value early in the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a smooth transition onto Rydoo.
Assist customers in setting up and configuring their accounts, including roles, permissions, and integrations, to align with their business requirements.
Conduct product training sessions to educate the admin on platform features, functionalities, and best practices for optimal usage.
Develop and maintain onboarding documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service and empower customers to onboard independently.
Collaborate with sales, product and other teams in CSM to ensure an optimal customer journey for our clients. Set the tone for a long lasting relationship with our clients.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to solve complex business challenges while prioritizing the customer experience.
Technical Affinity: A strong understanding of cloud-based applications and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions.
Communication: Fluent spoken and written command of German and English. Proficiency in in French or Dutch is a significant plus.
Results-Driven: A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a “whatever-it-takes” attitude.
Team Player: Compassionate, selfless, and committed to contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Prior experience: 2+ years experience in onboarding, customer success or relationship management is highly desirable.
