Customer Service Agent BE

Customer Service Agent Belgium:

As a Customer Service Agent you are responsible for the first client contact for Descroes in the port of Antwerp (Belgium).

After a basic training you will be able to put orders from different types of clients in our system (B2C / B2B). You will make an optimal planning for the technicians in the field,
You'll assist the teamlead with by sending out basic offers.

• I have a A2 middle school degree and a first experience in customer care or a Bachelor Degree in an administrative of commercial direction;


• I am interested in bio chemical solutions and making the world a safer and healthier place;


• I like to work on projects;


• I can assist customers in Dutch, French and English;


• I am flexible in working hours, but do consider a healthy work/life balance;


• I am independent person and have a real "hands on" mentality
