Job Description:

We are looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join the team of one of our international clients in Lisbon, Portugal. If you are passionate about customer experience and excited to live and work in sunny Portugal, this opportunity is for you!

You will support customers by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring a positive interaction with the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.

• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, orders, and technical issues.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.

• Follow standard procedures and use internal tools to manage requests.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and good command of English (B1 minimum).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit.

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon (relocation package provided).
