About the job

We are looking for some help in our Customer Service Team. As a student, you will support our Customer Service team 1-2 days a week, depending on peaks and lows, with communicating and helping out our beloved customers. So if you are a communication wizard in both Dutch and English, an you are looking for a first company experience, this is for you!

Job requirements

General responsibilities

  • Serve as day-to-day contact for customers while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting/presenting them to the operations team

  • Support changes that anticipate and address customer questions, needs, and complaints

  • Update our customers on recent developments & changes regarding their orders

  • You will be working with following tools daily: Gorgias, Shopify and Microsoft Excel

Profile:

  • You have strong communication skills, both written as spoken, are key (as you’ll be communicating A LOT.)

  • There’s no problem or issue left unseen, these will all be handled on time

  • Doing 10 things all at once? Easy. You have great multitasking skills, time management and prioritizing tasks.

  • You can work individually and focused, but you’re also a team player

  • You are hands-on and get energized by working in a start-up environment.

  • You are fluent in English; Dutch is a big plus

  • You are based in Belgium (or willing to relocate)

Specifics:

  • This is a part-time position based at the headquarters in Antwerp.
