Job Description - Customer Services Advisor

Your responsibilities

As a Temporary Customer service advisor in the Second Line, you are responsible for various front and back-office tasks within our customer care department.

A more concrete overview of your tasks?

  • From the second line, you are in telephone contact with customers or suppliers regarding more complex questions that could not be resolved in the first line and require a more specialized approach.

  • You handle the administrative follow-up of cases via email with questions from drivers and suppliers concerning the processing of fines, invoicing, re-invoicing of franchises, etc.

  • You prepare various reports at the request of our customers, e.g., payroll reporting.

  • You work closely with your colleagues, Fines Experts, in the team and support them in performing their tasks where necessary.

Who are we looking for?

Are you the person we are looking for to join our team? Then you recognize yourself in the points below:

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.

  • Strong administrative skills.

  • Analytical approach and capacity to process and understand complex environments.

  • Experience in the leasing sector or fines management is a plus but not a must.
