Job Title: Customer Support Agent | Dutch Speaker Remote in Portugal
Location: Remote in Lisbon, Portugal (must relocate to Portugal relocation & accommodation included)

About the Role:
Are you passionate about digital platforms and helping small businesses succeed? As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients of a major social media brand. Youll provide guidance on digital advertising products, help troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a top-tier customer experience across phone, email, and chat.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support small and medium-sized businesses to grow their presence on the platform
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products
• Offer tool and product guidance to enhance customer experience
• Log and track customer cases, ensuring timely resolution
• Deliver insights and customer feedback to the internal teams
• Identify trends and proactively solve emerging issues

Training & Development:

• 3 weeks of paid, intensive training (full-time, 8h/day) to give you a strong foundation in digital products, customer handling, and tools
• On-the-job coaching and continuous upskilling
• Free Portuguese lessons, sports activities, and cultural workshops after you join

Salary & Benefits:

• 14-month salary structure: holiday & Christmas bonuses paid out monthly

️ Relocation & Support:

• Full relocation package with flight reimbursement after 9 months
• Airport pick-up and assistance setting up in Portugal (tax ID, bank, etc.)
• Accommodation in a shared, furnished apartment
• Yearly paid return flight home within the EU

What Were Looking For:

• Native/fluent Dutch speaker (spoken & written)
• Strong English communication for internal teamwork
• Interest in digital marketing and online advertising
• Customer-focused with solid problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate and work remotely from Lisbon
