Responsibilities:
Support Dutch/French customers via phone, email & chat
Provide accurate product/service information
Resolve inquiries with empathy & professionalism
Keep records updated & follow escalation procedures
Meet performance goals (quality, satisfaction, productivity)
Requirements:
Dutch/French native/near-native + English B2+
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Customer service experience preferred
PC & CRM knowledge
Flexibility to work rotating shifts
