In the fast-paced realm of international logistics, our priority is eliminating vehicle downtime and maximizing fleet productivity. Based out of our commercial facility in Ghent, Belgium, you will serve as the pivotal link between our senior automotive engineers and the multinational businesses driving global trade.

This role goes far beyond traditional advisory work. You will deliver deep technical insights, operational troubleshooting, and customized logistics strategies directly to corporate fleet managers and authorized dealership networks across the globe.

Core Responsibilities & Daily Workflow

• B2B Relationship Management: Maintain high-level business communications via telephone and enterprise networks, adhering strictly to our core values of safety, quality, and reliability.
• Analytical Problem-Solving: Assess complex supply chain and operational bottlenecks to devise fast, customized solutions for our enterprise clients.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Global Supply Chain divisions to accelerate resolution times and maintain accurate record-keeping across internal databases.
• Fully Funded Onboarding: Participate in an exhaustive, company-sponsored training program. Prior background in automotive engineering or mechanics is not required; we provide all necessary technical instruction to ensure your success.

Candidate Qualifications & Profile

Essential Language Skills

• Bilingual Command: Exceptional, fluent proficiency in both Czech and Russian is strictly required. You must possess complete mastery over spoken and written communication in both languages.
• Corporate English: A minimum level of B2 (Upper-Intermediate) is necessary to navigate internal systems, comprehend technical documentation, and collaborate with global team members.
