Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

• Accurately document all client interactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve client concerns and improve service quality.
• Stay informed about our services and products to offer well-rounded support to clients.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
