As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing, building, and optimizing robust data pipelines and analytics solutions. Your work will directly influence strategic decision-making, drive operational excellence, and enable the business to harness the full value of its data assets. What You’ll Be Doing



  • Designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines for both on-premises EDW (Data Vault methodology) and cloud-based MDP (medallion architecture).

  • Driving data ingestion from diverse source systems into a hybrid data platform, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability.

  • Modeling data using both Data Vault 2.0 and dimensional (Kimball) methodologies to support advanced analytics and reporting.

  • Developing and optimizing ETL workflows, leveraging dbt, SQL, and Python for seamless data transformation and orchestration.

  • Implementing and monitoring data quality frameworks, proactively identifying and resolving data issues.

  • Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable data models and KPIs.

  • Delivering high-impact Power BI dashboards and reports, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Applying Agile principles to deliver iterative value, continuously improving data solutions in a dynamic environment.

  • Contributing to the evolution of the data platform by integrating new technologies and best practices.


What We’re Looking For



  • Proven experience as a Data Analytics Engineer and Power BI Business Analyst, with a strong portfolio of end-to-end data projects.

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Certifications: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Azure Fundamentals, Collibra Data Steward Learning Path, dbt Fundamentals, Scrum Product Owner.

  • Ownership mindset: You take initiative, drive outcomes, and thrive in environments where your expertise shapes the solution.

  • Problem-solving orientation: You approach challenges analytically and creatively, always seeking the most effective path to impact.

  • Pragmatic and agile: You deliver value iteratively, adapting to feedback and changing requirements.

  • Professional proficiency in English is required.

  • Ability to work partially remote, with presence in Brussels as required.

  • Demonstrated ability to research, define, and implement KPIs for reporting—be prepared to share your approach and results.
