To reinforce our Benelux Data Office department, Allianz is currently looking for a Data Architect. Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge data architecture solutions? As a Data Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing data architecture solutions in a large data warehouse environment that supports commercial performance analytics of insurance products and customers for key strategic projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, develop data models and database designs, and drive the strategic vision of data warehouse structure throughout projects.

As Data Architect, your main responsibilities will be:

• Overall architectural design of the data warehouse, at the core of business intelligence and analytics.
• Creation of ontological models for high-profile projects
• Estimation of effort and steps required for large business intelligence-related projects
• Ownership in the delivery of large projects and commitment to timelines
• Creation and management of documentation of the warehouse, adhering to data governance principles

Do you have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field? Check! Relevant experience in a data architecture role? Technical skills in SQL, Data Modelling tools, Cloud-based platforms, and project management tools? Check! Experience in conceptual model design and ontology design for large-scale programs? Check! Understanding of ETL process and data warehousing concepts (including Data Vault 2.1 methodology) ? Check! Strong domain knowledge in the insurance industry and main insurance KPIs? Check!
