Data driven business analyst

For a client, we are seeking a Data-Driven Business Analyst to join a dynamic team undergoing significant changes. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels in continuously evolving environments and has the ability to unite people towards common goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and HR BPs to design and enhance dashboards that provide insights on various HR topics and support operational performance, including absence, learning, and recruiting.
• Convert business queries into actionable and universal data definitions.
• Provide user-friendly data insights to managers and other end-users.
• Engage with diverse stakeholders to support and enable the correct use of reports and dashboards.
• Assist the team and the broader HR family in developing digital competencies and data literacy, aiding the business in interpreting data for relevant conclusions and actions.
• Analyze data discrepancies, collaborate on optimizations, and address missing information and visualization improvements.
• Aid the reporting team in establishing a framework for trend and historical analyses in a new reporting environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Senior/Experienced level with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes (Core HR, recruiting, Time & Attendance, etc.).
• Proficiency in bridging data and business by translating HR data into business insights.

Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Expertise in dashboarding and data visualization, with the capacity to train and support others in adopting digital tools.
• Advanced data manipulation skills in Excel.
