Data Manager

Resultance is hiring an Interim (freelance) consultant for one if its strategic projects.

The role combines governance, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to enable smooth ERP operations and successful integration of new products.

The successful talent will be responsible for ensuring reliable and structured business data across the company, supporting production, purchasing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement data governance standards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of business and production data.
• Lead the transition to a new ERP system by securing a high-quality data foundation.
• Coordinate data-related needs across industrialization, production, purchasing, and supply chain.
• Develop templates, workflows, and reporting tools to streamline data collection and monitoring.
• Partner with IT and business teams to improve ERP integration and reporting.
• Ensure proper integration of new products into production, including planning, scheduling, and configuration management.
• Manage and develop a small team of data specialists.

Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes
• Experience with ERP/PLM systems
• Proven track record in data governance, process improvement, or ERP implementation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
• Fluency French is a a must

This is a role for an independent talent. Start date is ASAP.

Presence on clients site in Liege will be required 3 days/week.
