What you’ll do
As our Delivery Manager, you're the mastermind behind ensuring our projects shine and deliver on their promises. It's all about leading the team, smashing goals, and setting industry standards.

• Enhance our project delivery processes to maintain our industry-leading edge.
• Lead customer collaborations from ideation to execution, orchestrate effective sprint planning, and ensure orderly project delivery to clients.
• Manage resource allocation across projects, ensuring optimal team performance.
• Direct and develop our team, keeping them engaged and motivated.
• Lead recruitment for critical roles, shaping a powerhouse delivery team.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing those benefits both our team and community.
