Digital Procurement Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Procurement Consultant to help clients digitize and optimize their procurement processes through the implementation of leading Source-to-Pay solutions.

Working on end-to-end implementation projects, you will collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders to design, configure, and deploy digital procurement solutions. From gathering business requirements to supporting testing, data migration, and user adoption, you'll play a key role in delivering successful procurement technology implementations.

Experience with Ivalua is highly preferred, but candidates with experience in other Source-to-Pay platforms such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or GEP are relevant too. Training in Ivalua can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support workshops to gather and translate business requirements into functional solution designs.
  


• Configure and implement Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions in line with client requirements.
  


• Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders throughout implementation projects.
  


• Analyse procurement processes, spend data, and policies to identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization.
  


• Support solution configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
  


• Coordinate data migration, data cleansing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  


• Assist clients with change management and user adoption to ensure successful implementation.
  


• Produce functional documentation, process flows, and solution specifications.
  


• Stay up to date with emerging procurement technologies and best practices.
  

Requirements

Essential

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
  


• Experience implementing or supporting Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.
  


• Hands-on experience with at least one procurement technology platform.
  


• Strong understanding of procurement processes and digital procurement solutions.
  


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  


• Professional proficiency in English, with Dutch and/or French being highly desirable.
  

Preferred

• Experience with Ivalua is strongly preferred.
  


• Experience with Coupa is considered a significant advantage.
  


• Experience with SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Oracle Procurement Cloud, GEP, or similar procurement platforms.
  


• Knowledge of SQL or experience working with data during system implementations.
  


• Experience with data migration, testing, integrations, or functional consulting.
  


• Background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline.
