About the role of Project Manager:

Join Cronos Europa's Digital Services division and become a key player in our new international team! We are seeking for a motivated Project Manager to lead our software development projects for EU institutions. This is your opportunity to apply your Agile & Waterfall expertise and guide your team to success using cutting-edge development frameworks and tools. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets;
• Coordinates the project team following the appropriate methodologies and facilitate team ceremonies;
• Ensure project objectives and deadlines are met;
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks;
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and address concerns.

Desired skills & Knowledge

• Project management expertise in software development 3+ years;
• Technical background required (software development) 1-2 years;
• Proven experience in managing projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, PM² and ENGAGE are a plus;
• Excellent communication abilities;
• Experience of working in/with EU institutions is a plus;
• Knowledge of risk management and problem-solving techniques;
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field;
• Master's degree is a plus.

Certifications or proof of trainings:

• The following certifications are a plus: PMP / PRINCE2 / PM² / Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
