About the role 


We are hiring a Digital Solutions Specialist to strengthen our IT team and accelerate how we work. You will deliver end to end from implementing new software to supporting and continuously enhancing our ERP (Business Central). You will drive workflow automation, connect systems, and build practical analytics that teams love to use. This role can be based in either of our offices: Antwerp or Essen.



Key Responsibilities 


Enhancement of our ERP Application (Business Central) 



  • Monitor critical workflows and integrations, spotting risks early and coordinating fixes 



  • Keep our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central running smoothly, solving issues fast and preventing them from recurring



  • Manage support tickets and escalations with Microsoft partners, ensuring clear priorities and timely resolution 



  • Coordinate change requests from scoping to deployment with our partners and internal teams 



  • Train users in practical, role‑specific ways so they can work confidently in Business Central


 


Automation and AI-driven initiatives 



  • Identify improvements areas and potential solutions in collaboration with other departments 



  • Manage the rollout and user adoption 



Business Intelligence 



  • Partner with the finance team, management and user organization to translate reporting needs into data models and dashboards 



  • Support data warehousing and build or refine Power BI reports that help teams make decisions 



General & Communication 



  • Represent the team confidently in English, ensuring professional and effective communication with stakeholders 



  • Organize tasks based on business priority and keep delivery timelines visible 



  • Set and manage expectations proactively so everyone knows what will be delivered and when 



  • Available for international travel to support team alignment, deployment activities, and key business priorities 



What we’re looking for 



  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally within medium sized manufacturing companies 



  • Software development experience (AL).  



  • Strong knowledge of software implementation methodologies 



  • Proficiency in tools such as Power Platform, Microsoft Azure 



  • Data Analytics experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL Server 



  • High level of accuracy and the ability to manage priorities effectively. 



  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to link business processes to organizational goals. 



  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 



  • Fluent in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus. 



  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments and levels of the organisation

Interview Process 


We keep hiring efficient and respectful of your time. As this is a technical role, a technical interview will be  which will be tailored to the candidate depending on your background. During the interview, you will complete a hands‑on exercise. We will share business requirements for a manufacturing scenario. In the meeting, you will configure and or develop a working solution and then present your approach and result.
