Digital Strategy and Transformation Consultant - Hybrid

We currently have a vacancy for a Digital Strategy and Transformation Consultant fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Advise stakeholders on effective implementation of the corporate digital strategy to optimize business outcomes;
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of departmental digital transformation initiatives, providing strategic insights and recommendations;
• Support data consolidation efforts and contribute to drafting reports on local digital transformation and related strategic objectives;
• Enhance adoption dashboards and stakeholder maps to visualize progress, gaps, and opportunities for improvement;
• Manage stakeholder adoption journeys, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with digital initiatives;
• Address and resolve stakeholder concerns efficiently to maintain satisfaction and strengthen collaboration;
• Manage communication activities to drive stakeholder adoption across all phasesfrom awareness to implementation;
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to exchange best practices and promote a collaborative learning environment;
• Assist in drafting briefing notes, analyzing corporate performance data, and preparing key messages for internal guidance and strategic alignment.

Requirements

• University degree in Communication, Arts, Digital, Classics, or a relevant discipline, combined with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience;
• Experience with tools for data analysis, stakeholder mapping, and creating adoption dashboards and reports;
• Experience with ServiceNows ITSM solution;
• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) practices and associated digital tools;
• Good knowledge of digital strategy development and implementation;
• Good knowledge of digital communication techniques, including event management and visual storytelling strategies;
• Knowledge of collaborative software, such as Atlassian (Confluence, Jira), and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint), with a grounding in the IT domain would be an asset;
• Experience in the European public sector institutions would be considered an asset.
• Excellent command of English and French.
