From day one, youâll dive into client projects as an Engagement Lead, taking ownership of delivery with the backing of experienced team members from Belgium. You'll tackle a diverse range of strategic challenges across industries, contributing directly to building and expanding our clients' presence in the Netherlands.

Requirements

- You hold a Masterâs degree and are passionate about business transformation.
- You bring 4+ years of professional experience, ideally with a solid background in management consulting or a comparable role in the industry.

- âYouâve developed or are developing expertise in one or more areas of our clients' service offering. For example; sustainability, digital solutions, digital transformation, business transformation.
- You have strong communication and presentation skills.
- Youâre fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are motivated to take initiative.You embody the INSPIRE values that guide our work and culture.
- Youâre aligned with our mission to create positive impactâfor clients and beyond.
- You are based in the Netherlands and available to work in Amsterdam.
