This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while assisting customers with their home technology needs. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding smart home and appliance products via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and technical support.
• Guide users through the setup and effective use of smart home devices, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to product teams on customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.
• Keep updated with the latest trends in smart home technology and product features.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
• A strong interest in smart home technology and appliances.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry.
