What you’ll do:

• Assist SMBs (small & medium businesses) via phone, email, and chat to enhance their marketing strategies and grow their business.

• Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.

• Help customers navigate digital tools and improve their user experience.

• Solve recurring challenges, identify trends, and collaborate with internal teams to improve product performance.

• Share customer insights with the engineering department to help shape future product updates.

• Fluent Dutch speaker (native or near-native level)

• Intermediate English (B2+)

• Great communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
