Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various platforms, including phone, email, and chat.
• Effectively addressing inquiries and resolving client issues, always aiming for a positive outcome.
• Maintaining accurate records of client communications in our database for effective follow-up.
• Coordinating with internal teams to facilitate efficient problem resolution.
• Remaining knowledgeable about our products and services to provide informed support to clients.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and verbal); proficiency in English is a valuable advantage.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
