In this role, you’ll support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), helping them grow online while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer journey.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver customer service excellence by assisting SMB clients with their advertising and digital tools.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and offer tailored solutions.
• Share valuable customer feedback and insights with the product and engineering teams.
• Expand and support the self-serve advertising base to improve customer experience and business growth.
