Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide effective solutions and improve the customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to offer the best possible support.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer support or service roles is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
