Dutch-Speaking Microsoft Customer Advisors - A New Start in Greece

We are currently looking for Dutch-speaking professionals who would like to relocate to Greece and join our client’s team, supporting Microsoft users in a modern, office-based environment.

Important: This position is on-site in Greece. You must already live in Greece or be willing to relocate. A relocation package is provided.

Please note: You will be employed directly by our client, a well-established international customer experience company, and assigned to the Microsoft project. You will not be directly employed by Microsoft.

About the Role

As a Customer Advisor on the Microsoft project, you will support customers who rely on Microsoft products and services in their daily lives. You will act as a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact, ensuring each interaction is handled with clarity and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting with product, service, and account-related questions
• Guiding users step by step toward effective solutions
• Maintaining a high standard of communication and customer care
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture

Working from the office allows you to fully integrate into an international environment, build strong connections with colleagues from across Europe, and develop valuable professional skills.

• Fluent in Dutch

• Very good command of English

• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms

• Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage

• Strong communication skills and a calm, solution-focused approach

• Responsible, reliable, and open to professional growth
