Job Description - E-Commerce National Account Manager

We are currently seeking an E-commerce and New business account manager to join our Lifestyle Brands team. At LSB we are on a constant quest to continue our leadership and influence by challenging the organisation to reach unchartered heights. This applies to everything we do; especially having incredible leaders at all levels of the organisation. In this spirit, we are looking for you as a high-potential Account Manager to drive top and bottom line performance. You will work with our PurePlay customers in The Netherlands, Belgium and France. But not only will be growing current customers, we would also like you to help hunting for new business in the discount and drug space. Finally, you will be the guiding light for our grocery account managers to further grow their e-commerce business. 

 

You will be based in our Brecht office in Belgium and reporting directly to the FBNL Country Manager. Your role plays a pivotal part in both the FBNL and European sales organisation. Working directly with category, brand experience, new product development, operations and finance to create and drive the online strategy and deliver the business’ sales and profit targets. At LSB we look for those with initiative and passion to make a difference.  

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the operating budget using smart, creative commercial and marketing solutions that hit value, margin and volume targets.
  • Own trade terms, agreements, pricing and promotional plans, supported by a clear bottom‑up plan for leadership.
  • Lead E‑commerce for your accounts — executing all fundamentals flawlessly, staying ahead of channel shifts, and driving best practice across the business.
  • Use data, customer insight and category input to build compelling stories that grow distribution, sales and profitability across existing lines and NPD.
  • Shape digital activation and branded content to elevate the online shopper journey, sharing learnings across teams.
  • Partner with supply chain to deliver accurate, aligned forecasting.
  • Develop smart, insight‑led promotional plans and test new mechanics to drive growth.
  • Activate brand strategy with marketing to deliver standout online brand presence.
  • Act as an ambassador for Ecover + Method, reinforcing our premium, values‑driven positioning while living LSB’s values and contribute to an energised, collaborative, slightly‑quirky team culture.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • Strong E‑commerce account management experience, ideally with P&L ownership and negotiating annual terms.
  • Understanding of seller and vendor models; experience with bol.com or Amazon is a plus.
  • Skilled at using data and insights to shape growth plans and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller — able to build relationships quickly and bring ideas to life.
  • Hands‑on, proactive and creative — you solve problems and make opportunities happen.
  • Resilient, energetic and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
  • Strong numerical, Excel and MS Office skills; Anaplan experience is a bonus.
  • A trailblazing mindset - comfortable testing, learning and moving fast.
