Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading contractor delivering large-scale data centre projects across Belgium. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on data centre projects

* Ensure all works are carried out safely, on time, and to specification

* Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively

* Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning support

* Ensure compliance with local regulations and project standards

* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other trades

* Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale construction or data centre projects

* Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems

* Experience with containment, cabling, switchgear, and commissioning

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Familiarity with health & safety regulations on European construction sites

Essential Criteria

* EU Passport (required to work in Belgium)

* Relevant electrical qualifications/certifications

* Previous data centre experience preferred

Desirable

* Experience working in Belgium or wider EU projects

* Knowledge of data centre standards (e.g., Tier classifications)

* Multilingual skills (English required; French/Dutch advantageous)
