Job Description - Electrotechnician 2 Shifts (Morning / Afternoon) Rumst

We are looking for a skilled Electrotechnician to join our team in Rumst, working in a 2 -shift rotation (morning/afternoon). This role suits a hands -on professional with PLC experience and a passion for keeping production and robotic systems running efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient operation of production machinery and robotic systems
Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
Collaborate with operators to set up and adjust machines
Identify, locate, and resolve technical faults using Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7
Provide clear technical feedback to team leaders and operators
Contribute to improvement and optimization projects
Maintain 5S standards and actively support the company’s safety policy

Requirements

Requirements:
Diploma or hands -on experience in a technical or industrial field
Strong, solution -oriented mindset
Familiarity with PLC programming (Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal) and frequency converters
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Resides near Rumst
Comfortable working in an industrial production setting
