Job Responsibilities

• Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets and KPIs related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and client retention, with a sales-driven mindset.
• Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels, advising and assisting clients across different markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences, anticipating their needs, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure their resolution through innovative approaches, collaborating closely with other departments to solve issues efficiently, support client retention, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Ensure accurate information and follow-up details are entered into the system and other relevant databases, initiating updates when appropriate to maintain the integrity and accuracy of records.
• Handle complaints and difficult client situations professionally, ensuring calm and effective resolutions while maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Act as a brand ambassador by embodying company values and demonstrating the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.
