Enterprise Architect (Cloud, Semantics)

We currently have a vacancy for an Enterprise Architect (Cloud, Semantics) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks:

• Provide guidance and support related to system architecture and system processes with the contractor;
• Preparation and maintenance of Architecture design and technical documentation;
• Assistance with the evaluation of systems to find out discrepancies and vulnerabilities;
• Data analysis and data modelling;
• Analyze compatibility between heterogeneous systems and delivered recommendations to improve integration and data exchange;
• Design and support interoperability frameworks to enable seamless interaction across multiple platforms and stakeholders;
• Create designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture;
• Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting;
• Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components.

• Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT;
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Ms Office tools;
• Practical expertise in system vulnerability assessment;
• Good knowledge of the Semantic Web Stack: RDF/OWL processing with Apache Jena, SPARQL, triple stores (GraphDB, Apache Fuseki), and semantic reasoning engines;
• Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud;
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning Integration, architecture governance framework and MLOps;
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture such as TOGAF, Cobit and Archimate;
• The following certifications are mandatory: 1) AWS Certified Solutions Architect, 2) Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, 3) Google Professional Cloud Architect, 4) Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD), 5) ITIL foundation certification;
• Excellent command of the English language.
