We are seeking an Estimator based in Belgium that has handled bids from first principles handling HVAC, MEP & CSA.

Reporting into the Pre-construction director you will take ownership of a tender:

* Handling Budgets vs Cost Plans

* Speaking to the supply chain

* Managing the risk register

* Pro's and con's for suppliers

* Meaningful input at design and analytical cost stages

You will be joining a Global Business but your key FOCUS will be Belgium & the surrounding areas. Client in a unique position to negotiate a huge percentage of work due to past performances globally.

Role is based full time from the Brussels Office. You will be working in a lean and dynamic team where ideas and inputs won't go unnoticed !

If you have a track record in this arena you could be looking at Bonus incentives of 10-35% of your annual salary.

Capable to pull apart a tender, work in a team, collaborate with the supply chain, look at program or look at alternative methods of build.

Following is crucial for our client:

* Experience in a Estimator / Intermediate capacity in Belgium

* Seeking to ideally start employment before September 2026

* Must be based within 50 minute commute to the Brussels office or comfortable to relocate

* Relevant construction sector experience, able to relate to site teams & clients

* IT literate with a strong working knowledge Cost-X, Microsoft Project & Candy
